I think about product design as systems, not screens. Structuring complexity, defining foundations that hold, and making sure design decisions still make sense against the business a year later.

Fourteen years across startup and agency environments, six and a half of them at Futurae, where I was one of two designers serving a company of seventy. Small team, real ownership, deep technical constraints. That is where I learned to turn a hard security requirement into something a user never notices.

I don't hand off files and disappear. I work alongside engineering and product leadership so we build the right thing, the right way, without losing velocity.

Lately I'm most interested in how AI reshapes workflows in high-stakes environments, and how good UX makes intelligent systems transparent enough to trust.
