A multi-tenant dashboard support teams stopped dreading.
Banks and fintechs managing authentication, users and security policies across isolated tenants. I re-architected the navigation and the core operational workflows, then built a token-based design system spanning admin and mobile.

A mobile authenticator shipped under multiple bank brands. QR enrollment and push approvals had to stay strict on security while getting out of the user's way.

Where I add value
The gap between what the business wants and what the system allows
Complex products rarely fail on visual design. They lose coherence as features, permissions and edge cases accumulate faster than the structure underneath can absorb them. Correcting that requires holding three things at once: what the business needs the product to achieve, what the existing architecture will realistically support, and how people actually work inside the interface.
That is the position I work from. I read technical constraints without needing them translated, I weigh design decisions against commercial priorities rather than aesthetic preference, and I deliver work engineering can build without reinterpreting it. In practice this means fewer decisions reopened later, and a product whose structure still makes sense as it grows.
Designing with AI, shipping with AI
I use AI across the whole design loop: research synthesis, UX writing, prototyping, production code. Not to outsource the thinking, but to spend more of the week on judgement, taste and user empathy, and less on mechanical work.
What that means for you is fewer handoffs and faster proof. I can take a design intent to a working, deployed prototype without waiting on engineering, so a decision can be made against working software, weeks before engineering commits time to it.
